In early 2011, I set-up my own company, It Adds Up Limited, specialising in bookkeeping and accounts troubleshooting . I believe in working with you to arrive at tailored solutions rather than the one fits all approach.

I started in accountancy in 1989 and have worked in various accountancy practices preparing audits, accounts, payroll and tax for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. I gained valuable and varied experience working in industry as Head of the Finance Department of a high security freight forwarding company where I also assisted with marketing, advertising, recruitment and personnel.

In 2008, I was a Finalist in AAT Accounting Technician of the Year (Accountancy Age) and the Winner of Distance Studier of the 2009 (PQ Magazine).

I am a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and a Member of the Association of Tax Technicians.

In my free time I am the Group Scout Leader for 1st Bourne End Scout Group.
