Over the last few years there have been lots of changes in the Tax Return requirement and now more people are required to complete Tax Return each year.

Examples include:

Higher Rate Tax payer and have a personal pension scheme, then you will need to complete a Tax return to benefit from Higher Rate Relief.

Higher Rate Tax payer and receiving Child Benefit, you need either cancel the child benefit or complete a Tax Return due to the Child Benefit Higher Rate Tax Charge.

The changes in the 2015 Budget suggest that the HMRC will complete the information that Employers, Banks and Pensions have filed with them and then the missing information needs adding. This will assist with less errors and it very good news.

We also have extensive knowledge of Expat Tax Returns which as with UK Tax Returns can be done via email.
